Join a respected community care provider delivering person‑centred support to clients across Charleville and surrounding areas. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll help people remain independent in their own homes while building meaningful relationships and enhancing quality of life through compassionate, holistic care.
This is an autonomous, community‑based role where no two days are the same. You’ll spend much of your time on the road completing scheduled community visits while supported by a collaborative and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred nursing care that supports independence and wellbeing
- Assess, plan, implement, and review client care within scope
- Consider physical, social, emotional, and psychological needs
- Maintain and update care plans reflecting evolving requirements
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed
- Promote dignity, safety, and respect in every interaction
Key Skills / Qualifications Required
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post‑registration clinical experience (Community or Aged Care desirable)
- Strong communication and clinical problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and prioritise tasks
- Current Australian driver’s licence (Green P or above)
- Roadworthy, insured vehicle suitable for community travel
- Full Australian work rights
Salary & Bonus Benefits
- $45.29 – $57.06 per hour + casual loading
